Dealing With Difficult People in the Workplace

In the work place, youre going to have to deal with some people that maybe you don't like so much. People who cause us the most stress aren't actually our enemies. The people that drive us to crop most crazy are those ambivent relationships. So in terms of dealing with difficult people, what we need to keep in mind is emphasizing similarity, emphasizing vulnerability, and emphasize, i community.
