The Onomatopoeia of Honky

The term honky is used to describe poor, rural whites in particular or by that time a honky is anybody with low enough melanin. Even white people are talking, just lying very early using honky to describe all sort of white culture and sometimes even approvingly like, oh, those are the honkies that support civil rights. Maybe that's the generation I grew up in and I'm out of date now. It's obsolete to think honky is cute.
