And now there's all these cheap homes that are just ready to be bought. But then if you can compare that with also their massive consolidation of other types of dwelling, so like university dorms, other more temporary and transient shelters to go back to Holy Mountain. Their consolidation is massive, but is also far outside of the usual suspects of like major metropolitan urban centers where they invest their capital.
