The Importance of Gender in Banking

Banks can often be portrayed as the bad guys in these conversations. Is that a fair portrayal? Obviously, you're kind of looking at it from the inside. How can banks look at gender from a product perspective? I do think that there are definitely some clear differences in the way that men and women live. Women tend to live longer than men. We have interruptions in our careers. But we also manage wealth differently. And I think this is a space similarly to the wealth gap,. which Alexis is very passionate about, that I think banks can do a lot more work in.
