So long as he stays in power, i think it's unlikely that any international jurisdiction will be able to draw a direct link between him ind the krem en and a war crime on the ground in ukraine. And what about pu himself? What do you think the chances are that he may be brought to justice? Very, very remote. Would need some kind of written order from potin telling commanders on the ground to bomb a school or hospital. The connection between p tin and the defence ministry and the chief of staff is such that there might well be such orders but the chances of our getting them are extremely remote.
