How Do You Put Physical Activity and Weight Training in Your Practice?

Touched out. I think that's such a great phrase and because ultimately we do need our time, but those children and just touching and hugging and things like that, maybe that's part of the things that we need more touch and hug in patients and quiet listening. When it's a good skill, you know, and I try and teach that to my kids like most nights before bed, we do five minutes of yoga. The spiritual practice, mindful practice, gratitude practice every day and for the times today. That's something that we've been.
