The Biotech Industry, You Know, Is There Not Enough Money?
There is never enough money to fund all the great science that is coming out of the scientific community, the academic community right now. The issue is that you need to balance the ingredients that are needed for enough of those companies to actually produce something. You could argue that the challenge and the structure of the capital market globally has brought a lot more money into biotech. At one point, I think we ran out of enough experience, even though the talent pool has grown very fast in the industry.
