When I moved to London it was almost easier to get away from that because when I lived in Glasgow I was quite embedded in some of those different polarisations politically or the kind of slightly more alternative scene. In a way for me I had to make a physical withdrawal to be able to kind of deal with some of the internal experiences that I was having. So I don't claim that this was full blown nibbida which is the word for withdrawal but there was definitely a recognition that Sanghsara was not going to give me what I was looking for.
