The Pros and Cons of Shutting Off AI
One objection is that you can always simply turn off the AI if it goes out of hand. It's possible with narrow ais you probably could be able to shut it down depending on how much of you infrastructure it controls. In reality you will lose so much in economic capability and communications, military defense everything is already controlled by dumb AI. I don't think it's something you can do in practice without taking civilization back you know 500 years.
