Listening Deeply Is Not an Interview

Listeners will know when they hit what I call the nugget. What you're doing as a host is a form of listening, but not listening deeply. You want to build a sensor and that sensor tells you whether the person is speaking at exterior level or speaking at interior level. The topics that come up are the topics the person brings up. That makes it something that's accessible to a lot of us who are quite introverted.
