Is There Any Needless Suffering?

If god's all powerful, why doesn't he alleviate seemingly needless sufferingr, i don't there's any needless suffer. A person is dying of starvation as a child in a foreign country. When i w when we say, certainly that could be addressed, but that drives home the point of our sinfulness and our lack of ability to share and use sources or whatever has been causing that. We have to understand the story. Warn not worse and a story of great brokenness, o sin, of lostness, of tragedy, of paradise lost.
