I probably did that for the first 100 people that worked for me. But when you think you bought back your time, you didn't. You just added more overhead to your responsibilities list with outcome measure and coach. So if it's like, Hey, the outcome is is we're going to summit that mountain. That's the amount we're taking. And based on that measurement, they're going to know if they're making progress.
