The Contradiction Between Anger and Love

Ryan: It seems like anger implies the accusation of some sort of wrongdoing. To be angry at someone is to suggest that they've harmed you, he says. Ryan: But forgiving God would seem to imply that God did something wrong or committed some kind of injustice. So there are other reasons that a person could have these angry emotions that don't imply this accusation to the other person.
