In your book, i'm discovering our darma, you talk about like the five stages of darma discovery. How do we know which stage we're in and what does that journey look like? Cause i feel like when i, when i read it, i was like, ohmy god. I've been through this stage, and i feel like i'm going through it again. It's like i'm now in the middle of another version of it, which is so fascinating.
