Are You Creating a Culture?
I'm picking up as a theme, the enough front transparency. What else are you looking for in acquisitions? Assessancies that expertise place. I think it's understanding that it's a lot of minutia and people have to be willing to understand that every day we have deliverable. We're not selling popsicles here. It's not going to be your big smile and a 25 cent popsicle. And when you're succeeding, it's amazing the camaraderie that gets created.
