The documentary is ultimately about the changing moral landscape of American capitalism to serve the interests of the 500 fortune 500 leaders above all else. Michael Eisner becomes CEO along with two other men, Frank Wells, who's the president and Jeffrey Katzenberg who's the head of motion picture. There was a very dramatic court battle between Katzenberg and Eisner because Katzenberg ends up getting paid out 250 million upon his firing.
