How to Model a Business Process
I teach tem how to assess a business. Everybody needs to be able to go and hey, what are your products? Who do you serve? What is your average order value? I call these the significant six. There's a framework that i use that walks every business through those six systems. If you ask the right questions across these systems, jane, their entire business process is revealed to you. And it happens within like, 30 minutes. This is not like a very extensive process, because i've ma at overtime.
