I would like to think that we were towards improving that a we and how do we get there? Ye, i do think we have a long way to go. I've personally experienced in the companies that i've worked at every typical thing that minority sface. And so if you're not working towards that goal every day, particularly as an early stage start up, it can get lost from some of the other priorities. Think that in order to make that happen and work on it consistently, the founders or the leadership team has to really think about its culture as a product in and of itself. That's how we think about it.
