The sauna probably two to three what one to three times a day most of the time. Getting an asana is has helped me more than anything along with meditation but I think they go hand-in-hand because there's times when I am so stressed out it is really hard for me to even like get myself ground enough to even meditate properly. The relax sauna which is the only type of sauna that actually has FDA approval and it actually gets your core body temperature enough to be the same as Swedish sauna studies.
