hygine has 30 for te open rate on his list. Do you do anything to keep it that way? Well, except for publishing al some content, obviously. There's two things i typically do. One is a leverage exclusion. So every week i send to my full list, excluding people that haven't opened or clicked or purchased or done anything of those. And then i'll go inkno every month or every other month, and i'll just suppress those people.
