The Challenge Is Not to Replicate

Chris: I think that my challenge is not to replicate. There's not only across my team, but this division and the company. And then, you know, and that's a good challenge me. Chris uncovered that while he has worked to do with his team, before him lies an opportunity to impact how the overall company develops and cultivates the next generation of leaders.
