It's highly unlikely that there is willful destruction at that time. We tend to associate the trouble between misarism and Christianity with the end of the 4th century when Christianity becomes the approved religion of the Roman Empire. So it's kind of unlikely that it's iconoclasm, it's probably casual vandalism in fact. How much of Khabrath, Mithraim do we actually see today? Well you can see the whole thing, the stone walls of the temple are still there and in places they stand above waist height so quite substantial. If you doubled that and put a roof on a simple pitched roof you can imagine what the temple looked like in its deer.
