How Does the Diet Shif Affect the Microbiome?
Carbohydrates. I was just going to say if the calories are coming from somewhere else, are they coming from carbohydrates? So that, so that then you're potentially feeding different amounts of carbon sources to the microbes in the gut. That could also account for shifts in the microbiome that then would allow those E. coli that you're giving them to colonize more easily. It's sort of a three way interaction. It's very, and I find difficult to comprehend.
