Refuge in Truth in Darma
The challenge for taking refuge in truth, as we are often really dissociated. We're a caught in our strategies for staying away from the rawness that's here. So i find one of my favorite questions is to ask myself, well, what am i unwilling to feel right now? And that seems to directly draw my attention to where there's vulnerability.
