It's very easy to just forget about a lot of the things you eat at a restaurant. You don't actually know how much total food it is, or how much fat was added in the preparation. There are probably a few little things that you eat throughout a meal that you just don't think about after the meal is over. When someone has very low energy availability and theyre they're really likely to have metabolic adaptation.
