Leadership is never pure work. We almost never inherit a situation that's entirely clean. But our job should be to sort of try and leave for others what we would love to receive ourselves, which is the opportunity start with the next new things. So i was thinking that we want to be, you know, to the very end of our transition time, creating the most positive impact we can. And if it's short, that's ok.
