The Evolution of the Earth

By 12 thousand years ago, the climate of the planet was changing again. The dog must have been the very first animal to be successfully domesticated by humans. It is even hypothesised that humans were scorching landscapes to encourage animal species to come out into the open where they could be hunted more easily. There is clearly a view that by now, humans were already altering the planet to suit their own needs in ways that would have previously been unimaginable. Next time, we will explore the beginnings of the emergence of civilized society by visiting southern asia and exploring the cradle of agriculture.
