Sackrand: I'm sure that there are a lot of different ways that you can identify successful people. Mackenzie is actuall, really good at this. They do have a pretty tough selection bar at the top. But they're not picking partners. They're picking analysts to go through a period of extreme atrition. And i think like if the success of your organization actually involves you having to stack rank accurately at the point of interview, you're going to have some real problems.
