Sackrand: I'm sure that there are a lot of different ways that you can identify successful people. Mackenzie is actuall, really good at this. They do have a pretty tough selection bar at the top. But they're not picking partners. They're picking analysts to go through a period of extreme atrition. And i think like if the success of your organization actually involves you having to stack rank accurately at the point of interview, you're going to have some real problems. After six months we don't have enough pre and post data to actually stack rank these people well after three months. That should be the most humbling thing in the world because that is more than any
