The Importance of Having a Trading Business

I think the reason we didn't is because we wanted to sort of leave that industry out of the fat lot I guess there's no enjoyment there with it. People that really love property you're gonna have cash to go buy it and all the creative strategies and I've tried them all they're never as easy as the professionals or not the professionals yeah. The people that spout about how to do it sort of yeah never really sort of comes to fruition like they say.
