The Importance of Having an Agent That Owns Real Estate
The first house i ever bought my agent did not own any real estate. Property taxes in that area had special assessments assigned to them and were much higher than the normal property taxes. The next time i bought a house it was with an agent that had been selling houses for a very long time and she educated me about investing in real estate. It really gave me a different perspective of what to look for and what to avoid.
