"I called you by name and your mother's womb, I think," the Hebrew word for "go off" is used to refer to God calling Israel out of Egypt. The rabbis don't always tell you what they're pulling from but this should make a lot of sense if anyone has retained some of the Hebrew we talked about specifically last episode. There certainly was no passage with that exact phrase anywhere.
