The Biden administration proposed a new permitting program for wind turbines and the power lines necessary to distribute the turbines power. Bob Greene: How many dead birds are we talking about? Because that's a really fair question to ask. He says if these eagles were covered in oil after a tanker ran aground, we'd all be asking these questions as we should. Green: I have calls and emails out asking for this information because it seems very odd like folks are trying to hide something.
