Taking Care of Your Mental Health
All of us in this situation will, at some point, suffer from mental health issues because of this isolation. Try to stay optimistic, focus on the positives and accept that there will be friction with other people. Keep active if you can, physically active as well, if possible. Even though you're stuck indoors, try to get as much sunshine and fresh air as possible.
