Is There a Framework for Distributed Training?

Testsorflow and pytorch are building abstraction layers to help in that case. And they're including a lot of public data sets in their distributions as well. So it's definitely that the abstraction layer over the data set is definitely something that's being built into these frameworks. Now we're starting to spread out and look at ways to scale the training.
