Product Management - Building a Vulnerable Culture

A product team's purpose is to serve customers by creating products customers' love, yet works for the business. The secret sauce and the ingredient to that, there lies a fundamental layer of vulnerability and trust that needs to be built from the ground up in order to allow for that 10x innovation to happen. This talk is not just for the CPOs and the VPs or products and the heads or products who are building the organization. I believe that everyone can do this from today. And I hope to start to unpack a little bit of this widely.
