How to Create a Lesson Planning Schedule

Start with the most important tasks first. Do a brain dump of everything you have to teach during a normal week. Then go through each individual item and determine how much time it realistically takes you to complete that task. You can literally spend 20 hours on a single lesson. But realistically, how long is it going to take you to write five reading mini lessons? And like I said, if you've got no idea, do a time audit. If you think you have an idea, take your best guess and start with that.
