Do You Have a Toto Glacagen Loading?

Two days in advance of a race, i always go with just one day blackagen loading. And then you just eat like 12, ten to 12 grams reculagram body mass on the day,. A little fat, a moderate amount of procin and i think this works very well. The next quastion is the duration. You probably want to supercompensate or get glakagen levels stopped up before any activities. That ale probably longer than 90 minutes, i would say. Ah, there's probably enough time, a, to get the levers pretty high. A, and ye, from experience from my fids, this works pretty well so far.
