Conflict in the Workplace

The new health and safety standard for the work place has been announced. Peter says it is a good thing that there will be more focus on workplace issues. But conflict, disagreement and tension in the work places seems to him to be understated when tackling these issues. He also believes ristoric justice was on the table when we were talking about the development of the standard.
