Ans: Don't let others always tell you exactly what the problem is. You should always be thinking about l what's the real problem? We had a client, who shall re and remain unnamed, a client in financial services, who ask us to design a key chain. And so, you know, if somebody says, i need a new key chain, don't limit yourself to that, because the real problem is often bigger. Often in the reframing, you're already one step towards the solution, or towards a new way of thinking about the problem.
