I'm wondering almost if there could be some sort of reverse effect here, which is when interest rates rise. The very ones that are extremely highly valued, very sensitive to interest rate rises. Do you see a possibility of that happening? 100% Yeah, absolutely. This has been what I was years that it almost feels like a decade has happened. You know, there's like, what's that phrase where there'll be decades where nothing happens and then one? And then and then months were decades happened.
