Happiness and joy are the most important emotional experiences thate can have. The so called bad or negative emotions are frustration, anxiety, grief, loss, fear, sadness. We often become very comfortable with happiness, and we become uncomfortable with those difficult emotions,. And are not anti happiness, but i think what so often happens when we how to pursue some idea of while going out, was what made me happy....
