Octavia's Manslaughter

Xavier works with a number of other substances, one of which is called rapet. It's an aggressive tobacco snuff traditionally from the Amazon and you have it blown up your nostrils during their toad trips as well. Octavia was charged with manslaughter for the death of a Mexican woman who was seeking help for depression. She died during a toad smoking trip that he administered. At least two other people have died after smoking toad with them.
