Former Cardinals executive Terry McDonough filed an arbitration claim to the league accusing Cardinals owner Michael Bidwell of gross misconduct, including cheating discrimination and harassment. The Cardinals responded in a very long statement, disputing a bunch of the claims. In general, they have 20 days to respond to the charges to the league and then the arbitration process, which Roger Goodell runs sort of proceeds from there. There's a lot that we don't know about sort of exactly what went on here. Maybe we'll find out someday as this proceeding carries on.
