The Importance of Personal Interaction in Interviews
I think we downplay the importance of these other things as we interact with people around us, whether it's our coworkers or when we go into interviews. We get to focus on the technical stuff at the end of the day you're just working with other fellow human beings. And like that's the kind of stuff that doesn't get talked about a whole lot.
