How to Be a Strong Chess Player

The biggest reason to study openings is not to get a good position at the beginning of the game, it's to learn about the resulting middle games. You should have your openings extremely well organized and extremely well annotated. Just having your analysis in English is really going to be helpful when you're working with players from other countries.
