What Is the Rock Star Principle?

i did not know about the rock star principle, but i know now that apparently most, most software engineers do know about that principle. So if you have a certain amount of money, and you could hire like eight medium engineers, you might instead pool all money together and hire one rockstar. I mean, if they are founders start ups, aravverted. Do you know technicians and other ones who star companies? But, yes, it's all start ups.
