Is the Fed Bumping the Funds Rate Going Down?

Dollar bounced up a little bit and some of it is with the fed bumping the funds rate 25 basis points. But I can't tell if, you know, because if you look at the trend line down over the last year or so,. Are we really going to start to see a move back up? It's possible to tell but until we see a real change in direction, we're on the lower side.
