I Love This, but What Does That Mean for Me?

We make about 35 thousand decisions a day. On habits drive about 95 %, on behavior, maybe 99% of our decisions are made subconsciously. I think the 35 thousand remotely conscious decisions every day is something that is really eye opening for people. And being able to have this awareness, you know, that's not just like breathing, breathe outright. That is where you set your keys, where you put your coffee cup. You know, those three things really go together in having an awareness of how the brain makes decisions.
