I don't watch that much TV. But documentaries though, it's not the same as TV. I get back and I'm pretty drained. Not physically, but mentally. Especially with everything we've got going at the moment. So probably and a lot of times should train in the mornings. It's better for me. But so I can't really train any evenings.
