CNN's John Defterios talks with Peter Bergen about the impact of U.S. sanctions against Russia and other countries. He says they are effective when applied to a country that does trade with the world, holds foreign exchange reserves in different currencies. But he says broader economic warfare will likely not be successful unless there is military support for it. In this case, "we have to come to this together," Bergen says.
